I salute those of you who have been Local H fans from the beginning.  For whatever reason, I have ignored this band until now.  I've known about them for a while.  I've known that there are only 2 guys in the band.  I knew they played good 'ol rock and roll.  I always knew I should check them out.  I'm a dumbfuck for waiting.  I go and buy their new disc, and I'm being beat over the head with the great rock and roll bible.  I'm not saying this is the greatest record ever, but I am saying that Local H is a great sounding band.  When there is only two guys in your band, you better have your shit together, and these guys do.  So what if some of the lyrics fall on old tired cliches, Local H isn't breaking new ground here, but that is just what I was hoping for when I bought this album.  Local H brings the thunder with a grunge-like urgency, but somehow is able to pull it off without sounding like a wannabe.  Wait no longer.
